So, on the eShop information technology says that yous can enter in an eShop card to spend on VC, DSiWare and 3DSWare. Nevertheless, I tin can't seem to buy any and all game specialist shops don't know what I'm on near and instead refer me to Nintendo Points Card.

Good god, finding these things is ridiculous, specially when you can supposedly buy eShop cards but no i knows what they are. Why couldn't we have just stuck with Nintendo Points?

I'm finding it rather frustrating since I don't take a credit card and I don't want to exist asking my mum to pinnacle upwards my eShop funds every time I want to buy a new game on the service.

Anyone else got this problem? Or can tell me where I can purchase some? It seems no one in the UK are stocking them... yet anyways.

Sad if this is a double topic.

Huh, I must've skipped that, thanks for that then. Kinda weird we take to wait another month to buy eShop cards though. 3DS is feeling more and more similar a waiting game... everything's coming out ii-3 months later after the panel. :/

@Nezumi If the menu images on the Wii and 3DS are to become by, then we're getting Mario coins. I'd dear to run into those kind of cards though, they don't look like simply cards but works of art.

No eshop cards 'till the end of June? How abrasive, I was hoping to buy an eshop card tomorrow to download Super Mario land and I don't have a credit card so I can't use that method.

@Mariofanatic128 Same hither, I don't know why it would take then long to release some 16 digit numbers on the back of a piece of newspaper or card. Just have to await until the end of June I suppose.

Those prepaid cards will probably not accept the same look as the ones coming out end of this calendar month. I really expect something likely equally the Nintendo Signal Cards are now, but then ... with coin icons.

I actually would become annoyed by such big cards for just redeeming a code on the eShop.

Beloved my 3DS, Fighting games and Zombies. Enuff' said.

Bah, no wonder I couldn't find any eShop cards at Wal-Mart! Oh, well, I'm not in a hurry to download Super Mario Land. What was the deal about a thousand Best Buys having them, though?

Bestbuy.com says that some of the stores around here take them in stock. I haven't checked personally and so accept that with a grain of salt

This really sucks for those who do non accept a debit and/or credit card.

I chosen my local Gamestop and they said their eShop cards accept not been working properly.

That's weird that y'all are having problems with eShop cards. I walked into Gamestop the other day and picked one up no problem and it worked fine. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones and live nearly one of the only stores that have them o_O Maybe you guys without credit cards could merely give your parents twenty dollars cash for 20 dollars off their card. That's what I used to practise when I din't have access to a shop and didn't take my ain carte du jour.

@bboy2970 Yeah, but constantly doing that is simply a hurting in the arse. And my mum has "security issues," she will not use her debit/credit card on whatsoever website until she has fully checked information technology out and due to PSN going downward and people losing their coin she'south even more than dubious putting coin on a console, understandable really.

Ah well, non in a rush at the moment to get one, but it'south useful to know that y'all've got some money ready to spend on a game that your interested in. I don't really see why they couldn't have released them along side the release of the eShop? Doesn't really make sense that you have to wait a whole month before eShop cards become accesible.

They had some at my Best Buy.

Which ones did they accept?

@Nezumi

The regular $20 3DS cashcards. Not the Nintendo Mascots blueprint you posted with Link and Mario.

All-time Buy sent me a NSMBWii Nintendo Points card last yr. I'll upload a picture of it.

I used it to buy Startropics: Zoda'southward Revenge. Keeping this menu. I'thousand not sure why Best Buy sent me this- perchance having to do with Rewards Zone.

I assume you could buy a prepaid Visa/Mastercard with $25 and use that for your 3DS. Virtually of those work electronically and that's what I use for Steam.

You can notice these cards in staples, virtually drug stores, Wal-mart etc.

Thaaaaaanks for noticin' me.

Thanks! I'd hate to come across what an N64/GC price would be on the eShop.

Chris720

Seriously, what was incorrect with Nintendo Points? Going into currency only feels awkward, it feels like Steam simply without the special offers...

I mean, giving up Nintendo Points now... I hateful, why? Information technology was just easier using points than having to spend... £x.80 FOR SHANTAE, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Really, 800 points on DSiWare is cheaper, and you can simply transfer it over to the 3DS for free.

Bring dorsum the Nintendo Points please. D:
